Return Policy
Scope of application:
Returns are accepted within 12 hours of receipt for products damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects.
Conditions for Return
- Return timeframe: Within 7 days from the date of the return request.
- Original packaging and product tags must be kept intact upon return.
- Each product can be exchanged maximum 1 time.
- Non-returnable products: Expired return period; products not damaged by the carrier or not due to manufacturing defects.
For undelivered goods:
Customers can call the assigned sales representative to negotiate switching to another item before dispatch.
For delivered goods:
Please review the detailed regulations below for faulty vs. non-faulty items.
For faulty products:
Upon delivery, please check if the item is correct, meets your requirements, and is of the right type.
If faulty due to supplier: You can request a new exchange; Eleganted Edge will bear all associated costs.
If the defect is caused by the customer, the supplier is not responsible for the exchange.
If you still wish to exchange, you must bear additional costs, including shipping fees. The price difference depends on the specific item and the agreement.
For non-faulty products:
If delivered but the customer wishes to exchange (change of mind), the following regulations apply:
- The product must still be in its original box, intact, and sealed.
- Must not be a custom-ordered/specialized item.
- All incurred costs (shipping, etc.) must be borne by the customer.
