I. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION POLICY

1. Scope of Application: We deliver to all provinces and cities nationwide.

2. Delivery & Receipt Time:

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of processing or according to the contract schedule.
  • For rural or distant provinces, estimated delivery is 3-5 business days. However, this may vary depending on stock availability, weather conditions, or external factors.
  • Delivery time is calculated from the moment order procedures are finalized with our consultants until receipt.
  • Special Support: For kitchen cabinet products requiring installation, our technical team provides on-site installation free of charge.
  • Delay Clause: In case of delivery delays exceeding 10 days, the customer reserves the right to cancel the order without any charges.

3. Delivery Methods: We utilize professional courier services for both urban and provincial deliveries.

4. Allocation of Responsibilities in Logistics:

  • Courier Responsibility: The carrier is responsible for providing shipping documents during the delivery process. They operate under the "Intact Packaging & Seal" principle and must provide a Delivery Note containing recipient info (Name, Phone, Address, Item name).
  • Eleganted Edge Responsibility: We provide full and accurate documents related to the goods to both the logistics provider and the recipient. All orders are sealed by Eleganted Edge before shipping.
  • Invoicing: To ensure safety, we include a valid Sales Voucher in the package. Upon confirmation, an electronic invoice (E-invoice) will be issued and sent to the customer's provided email. Financial invoices or sales vouchers are the basis for handling any claims or market circulation audits.

5. Inspection Policy:

  • Customers have the right to request the courier to open and inspect the goods before acceptance.
  • If the product delivered is incorrect or mismatched, you may refuse the package and skip payment.
  • If payment was made in advance but the order is incorrect, you may request a refund or a replacement.
